You will have to handle situations including cancelations & re-bookings due to other commitments, illness & inclement weather. This happens.
You will have to be good at communicating with clients, developing business relationships so that clients are aware of our services and want to keep seeing us (not our competition).
We often employee trainees / young assistants. These people must be trained in the skills & principles of our business. Can you manage someone else's training?
You will be responsible for the preparation of accounts, invoices, receipts, cash books and so on. Some of this occurs during the working day, but the rest will be completed off the job. Our startup package provides information to help you get to grips with this essential tasks.
